This week we’re covering feasibility analysis. This quick, four-part analysis helps entrepreneurs and firms launching new products determine if their brilliant new idea is worth pursuing further. Once you’ve watched the video and read through the case, please answer the following questions:
1) Which of the many factors contributing to the failure of the Keurig Kold do you believe was the most damaging to the launch of the new product?
2) Describe how Keurig should have completed the feasibility analysis for the new product. Would Keurig have modified the product and, if so, in what ways? Would they have been able to be [more] successful?
3) How would YOU have designed the product and communication strategy to help consumers change their soda drinking habits?
This is a case study like the last one, I’ll provide you a pdf as well, and the prof notice me “please have your answers numbered correlating to the questions”
