Watch a news program or listen to a podcast that is at least 30 minutes long once a week, this can be any network or an online source as long as it is a mainstream news source (so no InfoWars or any of that silliness). PLEASE AVOID PUNDITRY SHOWS (SUCH AS RACHEL MADDOW/TUCKER CARLSON/ANDERSON COOPER/ETC). 2) Write a one-page paper with a header that includes the name of the program, the dates/times watched, and the channel/source. 3) The bulk of the one-page paper should connect at least one of the course readings to at least one topic that was featured in the news over the two week period. If you miss an entry, you will lose 20 points.
