so for first week:
– we were thinking to go safe, with quality of 4 starts, lowest price, but (week2) then we find out our company did not earn any money, as customers tend to go for highest quality with high price, or just bad quality with low price
– for other sector of the business structure we tend to go safe,
– and we choose a safe supllier but with really high price and order delivery time is very long, but very reliable
– for the first week, we also spend some money on research and development, but did not see any result
Week2
– after the first. round we aim to do cost leadership, so we change our focus
– we also increased our stocks, and change to another supplier, with a shorter delivery time lower turnover bonus but higher distribution cost
